As of Friday 29th we are now semi retired or unemployed depending on how you look at it. It will seem strange not having to get up early on Monday morning but we won't be sleeping in too long as there is plenty to do before Thursday night. All our travel documents are now in hand so roll on Friday.
We are a retired couple who after living abroad for 5 years are now living in Levin, New Zealand. From October 2006 we cruised the inland waterways of Britain. We sold Narrowboat Gypsy Rover in July 2010 and continued our travels around the UK in our new Motorhome. In August 2011 we returned to New Zealand ahead of our motorhome which arrived in October. Although now land based we will be continuing our travels throughout New Zealand when time allows.

Dot and Derek. May I wish you lots of luck on your new adventure. If you are ever in Stone, Staffordshire on the Trent and Mersey Canal, I will look out for you. We are on NB Misty Lady at Roger Fullers Boat yard where we are having a new boat built named Hadar. I am sure you will enjoy your years cruising the waterways in the UK, we have some fabulous countryside, and you will meet some wonderful canal folk. I will add you to my favourites list and keep an eye on your progress.
