Saturday is Laundry Day.(This week anyway)

Unusual rocks seen at KaikouraUnusual rock formation seen at Kaikoura

This morning, for those so inclined, all went off for another soak in the thermal pools. I stayed back in camp and went for an exploratory walk along the nearby river where I flushed a Quail out of the undergrowth.

Once everybody had returned it was back on the road for a short 56km trip to Waikari where the local domain camp had all the facilities for showers, laundry and electricity. Once settled on site it was a queue for the sole washing machine but as it is another gloriously fine day without a cloud in the sky and currently 26 0C.
