En route to Alexandra. There are still quite a few one way bridges around.
A reminder of the great gold rush of Central Otago. This water wheel was recovered from the gold fields and has been moved twice since then to it’s present location outside the I-Site.
A statue for the hundreds of men who spent their lives in search of riches.
Not quite alone at POP #8804 but plenty of room for more.
Lovely little WC/come site office.
A railway mural on a wall opposite the site of the original Alexandra goods yard.
