Today was a day on reflection. My father departed this life peacefully in his 94th year. Sad but glad he does not have to suffer any more his timing could have been a little better. Bless you Dad. My only sister was in Shanghai in China and I am in Invercargill. Planning a funeral from so far away is not easy. I spent a lot of time on the internet trying to get flights to Wellington for next Thursday’s funeral. Not easy but finally achieved and I will return to Derek and our motorhome on Saturday week in Queenstown.

In the meantime I will stay with the group until next Wednesday and fly out early that morning from Invercargill. We plan to visit Bluff tomorrow and at the weekend head for Gore.

we are still in london as regents canal still closed after a murder the police are searching for body parts its very grim!

Thanks for your concern but 93 is a good age as long as your health is OK, Derek's mum is 96 in a couple of weeks. We are both fine and noticed that you are still in London with the murder enquiry but there are worst places to be :-)
